Snippets installation

To use CodingBunny Snippets, you won’t have to do anything different from using other snippets available on the web. If you have never used snippets before, this guide will show you two easy ways to integrate them into your WordPress site.

Edit the file function.php (Expert Method)

  1. Navigate to Appearance -> Theme file editor section, on your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Select the child theme you are using.
  3. Select function.php from the theme files.
  4. Copy and paste the CodingBunny Snippet, then click on the bottom left button “Update File”.

Congratulations! You have successfully installed a CodingBunny Snippet.


Use the WP Code plugin (Beginners’ Method)

  1. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New Plugin section, on your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Search for the WP Code plugin, install and activate it.
  3. Navigate to Code Snippets -> + Add Snippets section, on your WordPress dashboard.
  4. Click on the “+ Add Your Custom Snippet” button in the section “Add Your Custom Code (New Snippet)” section.
  5. Select “PHP Snippet“.
  6. Copy and paste the CodingBunny Snippet.
  7. Move the selector switch in the top right-hand corner to “Active” then click on the button “Save Snippet”.

Congratulations! You have successfully installed a CodingBunny Snippet.
