Overview
The Bulk Edit panel allows you to quickly and efficiently modify product details for multiple WooCommerce products at once. Use customizable columns and dynamic inputs to change prices, inventory, and more—all from a single screen. Bulk operations save time, reduce errors, and ensure product data is always up to date.
Available Options
Editable Columns
- Description: The table displays product details as columns (e.g., Product Name, Regular Price, Sale Price, Stock Quantity, Stock Management, etc.). You can configure which columns are visible and editable from the plugin settings.
Inline Editing
- Description: Edit product fields directly in the table. Click a cell, enter a new value, and proceed—no need to open each product individually.
Search and Filter
- Description: Use the filter and search bar to quickly find products by name, SKU, price, category, or other criteria.
Bulk Edit
- Description: Select multiple products using the table checkboxes and apply changes to many products at once. After making your changes, click the Update products table button to save all modifications in bulk.
- Function: Allows you to efficiently update several product fields—such as price, stock, categories, tags, and more—with a single action, reducing repetitive manual edits and minimizing the risk of errors.
Usage Flow
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Go to Bulk Edit.
- Use Search and filter to find products you want to edit.
- Edit values directly in the table (e.g., prices, stock, etc.).
- Or select multiple products using the checkboxes and use Bulk Edit to make changes to all selected products.
- Click “Update products table” to save your modifications.
