Search and Filter
Search by Name – This allows you to search for products in the store by entering the product name or part of it. It’s a quick way to find what you’re looking for.
Search by ID – If you know the product’s ID, you can search for it directly. It’s useful for pinpointing a specific product.
Sort by name – This lets you sort products by name in alphabetical order (A-Z or Z-A), making it easier to find similar items.
Filter by category – You can filter products by category, such as “Clothing,” “Electronics,” or other custom categories.
PRO Filter by tag – This allows you to filter products based on specific tags. Tags are keywords or labels you assign to products to group them by common features, themes, or attributes. For example, you could use tags like “summer sale,” “eco-friendly,” or “limited edition” to help customers find related products more easily.
PRO Filter by attributes – This allows you to filter products based on attributes like size, color, material, etc., to find exactly what you’re after.
PRO Filter by terms – You can filter products based on the terms of an attribute (e.g., only red t-shirts if you’re filtering by color).
PRO Filter by brands – f your store carries different brands, this filter lets you view only products from a specific brand, like “Nike” or “Adidas”. Available from WooCommerce 9.6.0
PRO Filter by stock status – You can filter products based on their availability. Choose between “In stock” (available), “Out of stock” (sold out), or “On backorder” (pre-order).
PRO Filter by status – This allows you to filter products by their status. You can select either “Published” (live products) or “Draft” (drafts), depending on what you want to see.
Filter by featured – This allows you to filter and view only the products that are marked as “featured.” Featured products are typically those that you want to highlight or promote, such as bestsellers, new arrivals, or special offers.
PRO Filter by shipping class – This helps you filter products by their shipping class, useful for managing items with specific shipping requirements.
Products Table
Edit product – click on the ‘pencil’ icon to quickly access the product editing page.
Show/hide products variations – expand or collapse all products to view variants.
View product – click on the ‘eye’ icon for quick access to the product page.
Allow back-orders – Indicates whether backorders are allowed for the product. Dropdown to set backorder options (do not allow, allow but notify customer, allow). Determines if customers can order products that are out of stock.
PRO Brand – The brand assigned to the product. Allows users to view and modify the brands the product belongs to. Can be toggled to show/hide. Available from WooCommerce 9.6.0
PRO Categories – The categories assigned to the product. Allows users to view and modify the categories the product belongs to. Can be toggled to show/hide.
PRO Enable reviews – Indicates whether reviews are enabled for the product. Dropdown to enable or disable customer reviews for the product.
Featured – Indicates whether the product is featured. Dropdown to set the product as featured or not. Featured products may be highlighted in the store.
ID – The ID of the product. Displays the unique ID assigned to the product by the system.
Low stock threshold – The threshold level at which the stock is considered low. Allows users to set a low stock threshold, triggering notifications when stock levels fall below this number.
Menu order – The order of the product in menus. Allows users to set the order in which products appear in lists and menus.
PRO Product description – The detailed description of the product. Textarea to view and edit the full product description. Can be toggled to show/hide.
PRO Product gallery – Gallery images of the product. Displays thumbnails of the gallery images. Users can click to edit the gallery images using the media uploader.
PRO Product image – The main image of the product. Shows a thumbnail of the product image. Users can click on it to change the image using the media uploader.
Product name – Displays the title of each product. Click on the name of each variable product to show and manage each of its variants individually.
PRO Product short description – The short description of the product. Textarea to view and edit the short product description. Can be toggled to show/hide.
Publication date – The publication date and time of the product. Input field to view and edit the publication date and time, used to schedule or update product releases.
Regular price – The regular (non-discounted) price of the product. Allows users to view and edit the regular price of each product.
PRO Sale price – The sale price of the product if it is on sale. Allows users to view and edit the discounted price of each product.
SKU – The Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) of the product. Allows users to view and edit the SKU, which is used for inventory management and uniquely identifying products.
PRO Shipping Class – The shipping class assigned to the product. Dropdown to assign a shipping class. Helps in calculating shipping rates based on shipping classes.
PRO Sold individually – Indicates whether the product is sold individually. Dropdown to set whether the product can only be sold one per order. Useful for limited edition items.
PRO Stock management – Indicates whether stock management is enabled for the product. Dropdown to enable or disable stock management. If enabled, users can manage inventory levels for the product.
Stock quantity – The quantity of the product in stock. Allows users to view and edit the stock level for each product.
PRO Status – The publication status of the product. Dropdown to set the status of the product (published, draft). Determines if the product is visible to customers.
PRO Tags – The tags assigned to the product. Allows users to view and modify the tags associated with the product. Can be toggled to show/hide.
PRO Variation description – The description of the product variation. Displays the description specific to each product variation, if applicable. This field helps in differentiating variations of a product, such as different sizes, colors, or other attributes.
Visibility – The visibility setting of the product. Dropdown to set the visibility of the product (catalog and search, catalog, search, hidden). Determines where the product is displayed.
PRO Weight & Dimension – The weight, lenght, width and height of the product. Allows users to view and edit the product weight and dimension, used for shipping calculations.
Bulk Edit
Regular price – The regular price for bulk updating products. Allows users to set the regular (non-discounted) price for all selected products. This is useful for applying a common price to multiple products at once.
PRO Sale price – The sale price for bulk updating products. Enables users to set a discounted price for all selected products. This field may be disabled if the license is not active, ensuring only licensed users can perform bulk sale price updates.
PRO Discount (%) – The discount percentage to apply to the regular price. Allows users to specify a percentage discount that will be applied to the regular price of all selected products. For example, entering “20” would apply a 20% discount to the regular price.
Stock quantity – The stock quantity for bulk updating products. Enables users to set the stock level for all selected products, helping to quickly update inventory quantities across multiple products.
PRO Add categories – Categories to add to selected products. Allows users to add one or more categories to all selected products. This is useful for organizing products into additional categories without editing each product individually.
PRO Remove categories – Categories to remove from selected products. Enables users to remove one or more categories from all selected products, helping to clean up or reorganize product categories in bulk.
PRO Add tags – Tags to add to selected products. Allows users to add one or more tags to all selected products. Tags help with product discoverability and organization.
PRO Remove tags – Tags to remove from selected products. Enables users to remove one or more tags from all selected products, aiding in the reorganization or cleanup of product tags.
PRO Weight & Dimension – The weight, lenght, width and height for bulk updating products. Allows users to set the weight and dimension for all selected products, used for shipping calculations and ensuring accurate shipping rates.
PRO Shipping Class – The shipping class for bulk updating products. Allows users to assign a shipping class to all selected products. This helps in calculating shipping rates based on predefined shipping classes.
PRO Sold individually – Whether products are sold individually. Dropdown to set whether all selected products can only be sold one per order. This is useful for limited edition or exclusive items.

PRO Status – The status of the product for bulk updating. Dropdown to set the status of all selected products (published, draft). Determines if the products are visible to customers or still in draft mode.
